This section of Rattlesnake Creek in Ohio is 3 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II(IV) section. The nature scenery of Highland County and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. There are no other sections to paddle along Rattlesnake Creek than the Fishback     Road to St. Route 28 section. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. This is a somewhat short section so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times. Great exercise and just hanging out with mother nature will make you glad you came. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are not so many other good rivers for that around here.
