The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so keep in mind that many of the sections here are safe for beginners. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. A good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors will have you coming back for more. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up     quick. This stretch is mid length, good for a one day paddling trip. There are no other stretches to paddle along Straight Creek than the St Route 125 to Straight Creek Road stretch. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good spots for that around here.
