along Buffalo Creek than the Weyerhauser Road 28000 to Broken Bow Lake section. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. This section has enough mileage for an overnight trip, so why not pack your
camp stove too. The natural beauty of Oklahoma and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream make the trip here worthwhile. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good places for that around here. The beautiful Ouachita Mountains scenery is an added bonus.
