The wonderful Oklahoma scenery and the playfulness of the water attract people from near and far. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Oklahoma tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so you'd better keep in mind that many runs in this state are very easy. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but if you don’t have reservations you might end up     sleeping in your car. Briefly about the general area: For the duration of the summer, highs generally are in the 90's at Jimmy Creek, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Highs all through the winter are regularly in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Jimmy   Creek.
