The wonderful Clackamas County scenery and the water flowing gracefully down Clear Creek are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle.

Clear Creek is a wet place that gets lots of precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is July. Through the summer at Clear Creek highs are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows all through the winter for Clear Creek tend to be in the 30's.
