This stretch of Deschutes River in Deschutes County is 2.5 miles long and has been rated as a class III section by American Whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Oregon are harder than the national norm, so better not forget that many runs in this state are not easy. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling spots. Getting some good exercise and just hanging     out with mother nature will have you coming back for more. This stretch is short so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over.
