The put-in location is a short drive from Bend, as you can see on the road map further down. There are so many sections to paddle in this river system, the Cline Falls State Park to Lower Bridge section is just one of many. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Oregon is often tougher than elsewhere, so don't forget that lots of rivers here are not for beginners. The campgrounds here     at Deschutes River are pretty good.
