The wonderful Lane County scenery and the cool fresh water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. There are some good sections to paddle in this river system, the Fall Creek Dam to Willamette River section is one of them. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Oregon is often tougher than elsewhere, so you'd better keep in mind that lots of rivers here are not for beginners. Getting a good workout     and just hanging out with mother nature will make you glad you came. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. This stretch has has enough mileage, good for a one day paddling trip. This section of Fall Creek in Oregon is 5 miles long and it is classified as a class I-II section by American Whitewater. The beautiful Central Cascade Range scenery is an added bonus.
