  The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Oregon are often more challenging than in other states, so better not forget that many runs in this state are not easy. The beautiful scenery of Oregon and the cool fresh water attract people from near and far. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors will make you glad you came. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. The JC Boyle Powerhouse to Copco Reservoir section of Klamath River is 17 miles long and it is classified as a class III-IV+ section
    by American Whitewater. You can enjoy this section more if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your camping stuff. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the JC Boyle Powerhouse to Copco Reservoir section is one of them. The nearby hotels are a bit away from
the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this area has a pretty small number of paddling places. Whitewater paddling here in the Southern Cascade Range is a great experience.
