The Rocky Bend Camp to Blaine section of Nestucca River in Oregon is 7.9 miles long and has been rated as a class III-IV section by American Whitewater. This stretch has has enough mileage, suitable for an afternoon trip. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. The beauty     of the Coast Ranges is a great plus for this river. This river system has a few good paddling sections and the Rocky Bend Camp to Blaine section is one of them. A good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors will make you glad you came. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby.
