The Blaine to Hebo section of Nestucca River in Tillamook County is 13.6 miles long and is a class II section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. This stretch is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your camping stuff. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so keep in mind that lots of rivers here are not

Briefly about the general area: Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Nestucca River with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Nestucca River. Davidson Spring is a great local attraction. Nestucca River sees pretty high levels of precipitation; December is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July.
