This stretch of Rogue River - North Fork in Oregon is 3.3 miles long and has been rated as a class IV(V+) section by American Whitewater. The put-in is not too far from Medford, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way around here you'll find a large number of good places. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so you'd better keep in mind that many runs in this state are not easy. There are plenty of hotels
here if you want to spend a night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Getting some good exercise and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. There's camping available near Rogue River - North Fork. This is
