The wonderful Linn County scenery and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good spots for that around here. This stretch has has enough mileage, good for a one day paddling trip. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside Oregon you might find the rivers here a bit more     challenging, so don't forget that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. There's camping available near Thomas Creek. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. The river winds through the Central Cascade Range and you get great scenery. A bit of exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a lot of people coming here. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Log Bridge to Hannah Bridge section is one of them.
