Great exercise and just hanging out with mother nature have a lot of people coming here. On this
section you do get some distance, you can easily run it on an afternoon. If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more demanding, so if you're not from around here don't forget that quite a few of the sections here are not easy.
If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. The beauty of the Coast Ranges is a great plus for this river.
