This stretch has enough mileage for an overnight trip, so go ahead and pack your sleeping bag. There are plenty of other sections in this river system that can be paddled as well. The beauty of the Central Cascade Range
is a great plus for this river. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. A good workout and spending some quality time
in nature are sure to keep you coming back for more. This section of White River is 12 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class III-IV section. The wonderful Oregon scenery and the water flowing gracefully down White River beats anything. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with plenty of spots for that.

most, and July is the month with the least moisture. Going for a hike along the Little Badger Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and North Fork Hazel Hollow is another good spot to check out nearby.

Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at White River are in the 20's. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Central Cascade Range.
