The Lick Run to Pine Creek stretch of Babb Creek in Tioga County is 13.7 miles long and is a class I-II section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. Briefly about the general area: Take a hike on the Williams Trail; you ought to certainly explore Devils Elbow during your stay. Babb Creek is a good location of typical rain; June is the wettest month with most rain, and January is when it's the driest.
