This section of Brodhead Creek in Monroe County is 21.2 miles long and has been rated as a class I-III section by American Whitewater. The sections for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Pennsylvania are often more forgiving than     in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners. If you have the time you can make this a two day trip, so why not pack your camping stuff too. There are no other sections to paddle along Brodhead Creek than the Canadensis to mouth section. Getting a good workout and just hanging out with mother nature will make you glad you came. No need to look hard for hotels, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set.
