The Loleta to Clarion section of East Branch Millstone Creek is 4 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-II(III) section. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state you might find the rivers here a bit more forgiving, so keep in mind that many runs in this state are very easy. If you're coming from Warren it's not a long drive at all to the put-in location, please print out a copy of the road map further down the page so you won’t get lost. are great attractions for lots of people. This stretch is mid length, it's perfect for a one day trip. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a pretty small number of paddling places. This is the only paddling stretch along East Branch Millstone Creek.
| For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. The beautiful scenery of Elk County and the playfulness of the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick.
