Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Pennsylvania is often easier than elsewhere, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers here are less demanding. The campgrounds here at Laurel Hill     Creek are pretty good. You can enjoy this stretch more if you take your time, so why not pack your camp stove too.
