Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Pennsylvania are easier than the national norm, so you'd better keep in mind that many runs in this state are very easy. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Getting some good exercise
and just being out on the river for a while are great attractions for lots of people. You can enjoy this stretch more if you take your time, so pack your sleeping bag. The beautiful scenery of Pennsylvania and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream attract people
