CLASS I-II     4 miles
  The natural beauty of Pennsylvania and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream are reasons enough to come here and paddle. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside Pennsylvania you might find the rivers here a bit more manageable, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that rivers in this state are less demanding. This section of Otter Creek in York County is 4 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater
    as a class I-II section. This stretch has has enough mileage, good for a one day paddling trip. Getting a good workout and just being out on the river for a while will have you coming back for more. There are campgrounds
quite near the river where you can camp. There are no other stretches to paddle along Otter Creek than the Lockport Road to York Furnace stretch.
