Scrubgrass Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling stretches, the Route 308 to Allegheny River stretch is the only one. If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more forgiving, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the rivers here are not very demanding. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem     but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
