The natural beauty of Pennsylvania and the water     flowing gracefully down Susquehanna River are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. Getting your paddling muscles activated and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a lot of people coming here. This is a short paddling stretch so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Holtwood section is one of them.
