The Ohiopyle to Bruner Run stretch of Youghiogheny River is 7.4 miles long and has been rated as a class III section by American Whitewater. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. This is not the only paddling stretch in this river system, there are others too. Getting a good workout and just being out on the river for     a while are great attractions for lots of people. This section is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, it's perfect for a one day trip. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car.
