There are no other     sections to paddle along Young Womans Creek than the LR18020 to Pennsylvania Route 120 section. On this section you do get some distance, good for a one day paddling trip. There's camping available near Young Womans Creek. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just hanging out with mother nature are great reasons to come.
