Briefly about the general area: For the period of the summer here at Broad River, high temperatures typically reach the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in   the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Broad River fall into the 20's. A short trip to The Rapids is always worthwhile; folks from Gaffney love to come here. All the water falling down from the sky makes Broad River a wet location; most of the rain falls through March while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
