This stretch of Reedy River in South Carolina is 0.5 miles long and is rated by American Whitewater as a class IV(V) section. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this area has a large number of paddling spots. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Reedy River Falls Historic Park section is one of them. This is a very short section so you'll
have to walk back to the start over and over. The wonderful Greenville County scenery and the playfulness of the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. There are plenty of hotels here if you want to spend a night, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels
