The Brookbend Road to Lake Hartwell section of Todd Creek in pickens County is 1 miles long and it is classified as a class IV+ section by American Whitewater. Lodging is available     near the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. Todd Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Brookbend Road to Lake Hartwell section is the only one. If you're coming from Seneca it's not a long drive at all to the starting location, as you can see on the road map further down. This is an extremely short stretch so you'll have to walk back to the start over and over. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with plenty of rivers for that.
