county,
Ozone Falls to White's Creek section whitewater kayaking, rafting, and paddling information.

The natural beauty of Rhea Cumberland Roane County and the water flowing gracefully down Fall Creek beats anything. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often tougher than in other states, so if you're not from around here don't forget that the rivers in this state are less manageable. This is a pretty decent length section, it's good length for a morning trip. The starting location is a short drive from Harriman, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. Some people prefer whitewater rafting
and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good places for that around here. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great reasons to come. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit
away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Whitewater paddling here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains is a great experience. The Ozone Falls to White's Creek stretch of Fall Creek is 6 miles long and has been rated as a class II-IV section by American Whitewater. The Ozone Falls to White's Creek section is the only paddling section along Fall Creek.
