No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling spots. quite near the river where you can camp. The Waldens Ridge to Soddy Daisy stretch is the only paddling stretch along Falling Water Creek. This is a pretty short section so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. Getting your paddling muscles activated

Briefly about the general area: A trip to Barker Spring will fill your spirit with tremendous feelings, and taking a little trip to nearby Buzzard Point is a glorious idea. Pickett Gulf is a perfect spot to go to nearby, and don't leave Falling Water Creek without first paying a visit to Falling Water Falls. This is such a wonderful river. Summertime brings
highs in the 80's to Falling Water Creek. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Falling Water Creek sink into the 20's.
Falling Water Creek is a quite wet place ordinarily with a good deal of rainfall; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is October.
