This section of North Suck Creek in Marion/Sequatchie County is 2.4 miles long and it is classified as a class III-IV+(V) section by American Whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Tennessee tend to be more challenging than the national average, so if you're not from around here don't forget that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. A bit of exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep     you coming back for more. There's camping available near North Suck Creek. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. This is not the only paddling stretch in this river system, there are others too. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way around here you'll find a large number of good spots. The river winds through the Cumberland Plateau Mountains and you get great scenery. This is a bit of a short stretch so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch.
