The put-in location is a short drive from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington, if you're not familiar with the area there's a road map further down the page. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Texas is often easier than elsewhere, so if you're not from around here don't forget that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners.
