The nature scenery of Texas and the cool fresh water beats anything. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good spots for that around here. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip.
