  The Mofet to Rio Grande section of Sanderson Creek in Texas is 17 miles long and has been rated as a class III-IV section by American Whitewater. The wonderful Texas scenery and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream will make you feel great. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside this state
    you might find the rivers here a bit more forgiving, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the sections here are safe for beginners. Getting your paddling muscles activated and spending some quality time in nature are great attractions for lots of people. Sanderson
Creek doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Mofet to Rio Grande section is the only one. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you won't find a large number of other rivers. This section is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so go ahead and pack your camping stuff.
