This entire stretch of water is best after rainstorms. Some areas have high speed runs and have great rapids. Go prepared you will get wet. The put-in location is a short drive from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington, as you can see on the road map further down. The wonderful Texas scenery and the     sparkling of the sunlight on the water attract people from near and far. There are no other stretches to paddle along Spring Creek River than the Renner Road to Jupiter Road stretch. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with plenty of places for that. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often easier than elsewhere, so if you're not from around here don't forget that lots of rivers here are good for beginners. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. Great exercise and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. There are plenty of hotels here if you want to spend a night, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. This is a short paddling stretch so you'd better be prepared to walk your   kayak back to put-in a few times.
