  The Sulphur Campground to Chalk Creek WY section of Bear River in Utah is 15 miles long and it is classified as a class I-IV section by American Whitewater. The nature scenery of Utah and the water flowing gracefully down Bear River beats anything. This section has enough mileage for an overnight trip, so pack your camp stove. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Bear River doesn't have a lot of paddling stretches, the Sulphur Campground to Chalk Creek WY stretch is
    the only one. Getting your paddling muscles activated and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great attractions for lots of people.
