Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often easier than elsewhere, so keep in mind that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners. The natural beauty of Utah and the cool fresh water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or     kayaking there are not so many other good spots for that around here. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
