You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but do book a room before you come because
it is a very popular destination. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Utah tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are pretty easy. The Moon Lake to Bridge to Yellowstone River section
is the only paddling section along Lake Fork. This is a pretty decent length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. A bit of exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great reasons to come. The river winds through the Uinta Mountains and you get great scenery.
