Utah whitewater, Weber River

Weber county, Holiday Park to Mt. Green Rest Stop section whitewater kayaking, rafting, and paddling information.

CLASS I-V     82 miles
The average Utah whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master than those in other states, so better not forget that rivers in this state are not as hard as elsewhere. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. The Holiday Park to Mt. Green Rest Stop section is the only
paddling section along Weber River. The Holiday Park to Mt. Green Rest Stop stretch of Weber River in Weber County is 82 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-V section. Now this is a
pretty long section, perfect for a real wilderness adventure. The wonderful Utah scenery and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. Getting your paddling muscles activated and a chance to spend some time outdoors will have you coming back for more.
