The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so don't forget that many runs in this state are very easy. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. If you hurry you can run this stretch in a day but why not make it an overnighter, so pack your camping stuff. This is one of a small number

whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling places. There are nice comfortable hotels here, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. A good workout and spending some quality time in nature will have you coming back for more.
Briefly about the general area: Wilcox Hollow is a wonderful location to spend some time at, and the fine folks of Bennington like to hang out nearby. Be careful coming to the Green Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. The amount
