WOW. don't come here unless you been paddlin for some time. Although a bit easier than CL5 I have done in other states, this still comes at you fast. Not easy to find a place to stay if looking for a room as it was stated here. Wasn't hard to find a place and park for the night though and with a mini van with DVDs, we snuggled up nice, with noone to bother us. Oh yeah, nice and cool at night (although summer) glad we had a lot of blankets and ways to stay warm. Says ipaddleguy
The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking here in Vermont are
often easier than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are pretty easy. The nature scenery of Vermont and the playfulness of the water attract people from near and far. The Heartwellville to Readsboro Village stretch
is one of many paddling stretches in this river system. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. This stretch is short so no need to bring snacks. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby.
