Getting
some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature have people coming from far and near. Mill River doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the East Wallingford to Clarendon section is the only one. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or
kayaking, either way in this general area you'll find lots of paddling rivers. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. On this section you do get some distance, it's perfect for a one day trip. When you're paddling down a Green Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too.
