Great exercise and spending some quality time in nature will have you coming back for more. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. The wonderful Amherst County scenery and the playfulness of the water make the trip here worthwhile. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often
easier than elsewhere, so don't forget that many runs in this state are very easy. This section has enough mileage for an overnight trip, so pack your sleeping bag. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good rivers for that around here. The Forks of Buffalo
