The Ohio Street to Arlington Ridge Road stretch of Four Mile Run in Virginia is 4.5 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class III section of whitewater. A good workout and spending some quality time in nature are great attractions for lots of people. This is a pretty decent length section, it's perfect for a one day trip.
