The beautiful scenery of Arlington County and the cool fresh water attract people from near and far. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you'll find a large number of good spots. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors will make you glad you came. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often easier than elsewhere,     so you'd better keep in mind that a lot of the rivers here are suitable for beginners. There are plenty of hotels here if you want to spend a night, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Four Mile Run doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Ohio Street to Arlington Ridge Road section is the only one. This stretch of Four Mile Run in Virginia is 4.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class III section.
