The Hearthstone Dam to Bridge at Camp May Flather stretch of Little River - North R. Tributary in Virginia is 3 miles long and has been rated as a class III section by American Whitewater. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. There are campgrounds quite near the
    river where you can camp. The average Virginia whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be easier to run than those in other states, so better not forget that many of the rivers here are not very demanding. The wonderful Augusta County scenery and the sparkling of the sunlight
