The Route 610 to Motts Run section of Rapidan River in Virginia is 15 miles long and has been rated as a class II section by American Whitewater. The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master in this state than those in other states, so don't forget that rivers here are not as hard as elsewhere. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting     or kayaking, either way this area has a large number of paddling spots. Getting a good workout and just hanging out with mother nature are sure to keep you coming back for more. Rapidan River doesn't have a lot of paddling sections, the Route 610 to Motts Run section is the only one.
