There's camping available near Bogachiel River. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. On this section you do get some distance, it's good length for a morning trip. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often tougher than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the sections here are not safe for beginners. This section     of Bogachiel River is 5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II section. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are great attractions for lots of people. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good rivers for that around here. The Olympic Mountains scenery is wonderful. The Park Boundary to Highway 101 stretch is the only paddling stretch along Bogachiel River. Briefly about the general area: For the duration of the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 60's at Bogachiel River while nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are commonly in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Bogachiel River fall into the 30's.
