SpringSouth stretch of Canyon Creek - North Fork Nooksack in Washington is 4.5 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class IV-V+ section. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem but if you
don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling rivers. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. When you're paddling down a Northern Cascade Range river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. The Canyon Creek Bridge to Glacier SpringSouth stretch is the only paddling stretch along Canyon Creek - North Fork Nooksack. This stretch is mid length, it's good length for a morning trip.
