If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside Washington you might find the rivers here a bit more challenging, so don't forget that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling spots. This section is quite short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. This section of Cispus River - North Fork is 2.7 miles long and has been rated as a class IV-V section by American Whitewater.
The beauty of the Northern Cascade Range is a great plus for this river. The natural beauty of Washington and the water flowing gracefully down Cispus River - North Fork are reasons enough to come here and paddle. Getting some good exercise and just hanging out with mother nature
will have you coming back for more. This is not the only paddling section in this river system, there are others too. There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem and if you make reservations in advance you're all set.
