Getting some good exercise and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. When you're paddling down a Olympic
Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. This stretch has has enough mileage, suitable for an afternoon trip. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but if you don’t have reservations
you might end up sleeping in your car. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way there are lots of good spots for that around here.
